About Finn
Finn Egan has been licensed in California real estate since 2007 and has held a broker's license since 2019, the year he founded Early Bird Real Estate. The name is the philosophy: the early bird gets the home. Research diligently. Get there first. Secure the best deal.
As a Broker Associate at Compass and founder of Early Bird Real Estate, Finn represents buyers and sellers across West Hollywood, Silver Lake, Mid-City, the Hollywood Hills, Highland Park and Beverly Hills, specializing in the acquisition and marketing of residential, luxury and income property. Much of his best work never reaches the open market: off-market and Compass Private Exclusive listings, traded before the public ever sees them. Finn owns multiple income properties himself, which is why investors stay with him through 1031 exchanges and small commercial buildings.
Before real estate, Finn directed film and commercials in Hollywood, and that is the part sellers feel. He is a licensed drone operator who shoots and cuts his own aerial and cinematic video for every listing, and a YouTube Recognized Partner with hundreds of thousands of views on his real estate work. It is a level of presentation most agents cannot produce at any price, and it brings more showings and stronger offers than photography alone.
