Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Fintan Perrins moved to Austin, Texas at the age of 16, a transition that pushed him out of his comfort zone and taught him how to adapt quickly, build new relationships, and embrace change. That experience continues to shape how he approaches both life and business today.
After relocating, Fintan became exposed to the real estate world through friends and mentors in the industry. Witnessing the passion, drive, and impact that agents had on their clients made it clear that real estate was the path he wanted to pursue.
Fintan went on to study business at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, with a focus on real estate through his elective coursework. What sets Fintan apart is his genuine desire to guide clients through one of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives, ensuring the process feels smooth, informed, and stress-free from start to finish.
Real estate has always been part of Fintanās life. On his motherās side, his family has a strong background in property development where his grandfather owned and operated his own development company throughout the UK. Growing up around that environment gave him early exposure to how projects come together and how the industry operates behind the scenes.
That background, combined with his experience moving internationally, provides Fintan with a broader perspective on how markets differ and reinforces the importance of having the right guidance in any real estate transaction. While he once imagined following directly in his grandfatherās footsteps, he ultimately found his passion in helping individuals and families navigate their own real estate journeys in Austin.
Fintan believes every client deserves the same level of attention, respect, and commitment, whether they are ready to make a move today or simply beginning to plan for the future. His approach is highly personalized; he takes the time to understand each clientās goals, concerns, and preferences, then tailors a strategy that aligns with their needs.
What truly sets him apart is his focus on relationships over transactions. Fintan takes pride in building long-term connections with his clients, many of whom he continues to stay in touch with long after closing. For him, real estate is not about numbers; itās about people, trust, and delivering meaningful results.
Outside of real estate, Fintan lives an active and social lifestyle. He has always enjoyed staying busy and embracing new experiences. In the evenings, he coaches at F45 Training, where he leads group fitness classes and helps individuals work toward their personal health goals. Itās another avenue where he can build relationships and motivate others, something he is deeply passionate about.
When heās not working, Fintan enjoys spending time on the lake with friends, staying active, or playing a round of golf, always striving to improve, even if heās not quite at Tiger Woods level just yet.
