About Fouzia
I am a highly qualified residential and commercial real estate agent. I am a homeowner, and real estate investor in the City of San Francisco. My passion for real estate has attracted attention and one of my remodels has been featured on the Home and Garden TV show twice-in Corona Heights.
A world traveler, I speak five languages and have lived in 2 different countries including in Milan, Italy for 3 years to learn Italian languages and culture on a scholarship. I also lived for 8 years in France and studied the French Language and Cinema at the University of Nantes. I speak fluent French. During my stay in France, I started my own company and helped clients organize conferences such as Cannes Film Festival, in addition, I managed properties and vacation rentals in Cannes.
I moved to the USA at the age of 17 to pursue my dream of better education. While working at Hewlett Packard I graduated with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, sponsored by Hewlett-Packard Company. I major in Marketing with a minor in Finance. I worked 12 years for Hewlett-Packard Company in Palo Alto both in Finance and Marketing. I also worked at a startup company, Evolve Software Inc., in Emeryville as Marketing Communications Program and PR Manager.
I have a proven track record of doing what is necessary to close your real estate transactions successfully. I will make you feel confident in your choice and comfortable in my company I am committed to providing my clients with an understanding of their best real estate options. As I am a real estate investor myself, I know how to make sure the client sees and understands the financial opportunity and ROI.
I have a passion for languages and cultures. I love diversity and this is one of the reasons I made San Francisco my home. I enjoy gardening, running, yoga, and exploring the city by walking. I have done volunteer work for Buena Vista School, United way, Peace Corp and have worked as a volunteer for the San Francisco board of supervisors.
