About Fran
Compass Regional VIce President for IL/MN/IN/WI and Licensed managing broker for Compass of Illinois. Fran began her real estate career more than 30 years ago, first as an agent, various management positions and the last 25 years in senior leadership positions in Chicagoland and the midwest across multiple states.. The majority of this time was focused on identifying and developing skilled sales leader teams and overseeing brokerage operations ensuring excellent agent support and strategic growth, leading to market share dominance.
She has always been passionate about coaching agents, teams and sales leaders to high levels of success while helping them navigate an ever changing industry.
In her free time Fran enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and children/grandchildren.
