France Clausen

France Clausen has been working side by side with her husband Mark in real estate for many years. Since the early ’90s, they’ve invested together, buying and selling all over the country. After owning a development company in San Diego doing condo conversions, they moved to Austin, TX in 2006 and joined the brokerage side of the business a year later, specializing in residential sales. They bring different personalities, yet similar philosophies and incredible knowledge to their award-winning team, The Veritas Group, which greatly benefits their clients. France is particularly skilled and successful in the art of marketing and selling their listings, with a proven track record for maximizing exposure and sale prices for her loyal clients.

Her interest in real estate began at a young age, as France’s parents were investors for decades. France holds her Texas Real Estate License and specializes in sales in the Southwest area of Austin, Dripping Springs, and the Hill Country Market. She and Mark have lived in Dripping Hills for 17 years, where have raised two children and are active in their community.
