Francisco Montes

Francisco believes that effective real estate representation demands experience and expertise in many disciplines and awareness of sensitivity to the human factors involved in any significant transaction. He is as personal in his service as he is professional in his performance.

He is a true Los Angeles native, born in Santa Monica, raised in Inglewood, graduated high school in the South Bay, and graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine in Malibu. Being a first-generation American, he discovered his love for Real Estate at the young age of 18 when he started as a mailroom clerk in one of the most coveted real estate firms in Beverly Hills. He worked his way up to become the marketing coordinator; at this phase, his passion for real estate progressed, motivating him to get his real estate license at 21.

Leaving his position as marketing coordinator right before the market crash proved to be testing. However, his drive, dedication, and passion led to his involvement in REO and Bank Owned properties, giving him the upper hand in a downward market. His extensive knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles region, in addition to his 15-year mentorship with one of the industry's most iconic Real Estate Brokers, has fine-tuned his savvy negotiation skills, keen eye, and market knowledge, enabling him to comprehensively handle a client's total real estate investment portfolio.

Francisco continues to represent residential property sales in the Hollywood Hills and Hancock Park neighborhoods. He has over $330 million in assisted acquisitions and transactions in communities ranging from the Palisades to Duarte and Hidden Hills to San Pedro. Francisco's vast knowledge allows him to successfully represent properties and negotiate deals wherever his clients need him.

Francisco is also an active member of his community, giving back through his non-profit, Rundalay. An organization that empowers families, friends, volunteers, and local charities through special events that focus on running, walking, and monthly charity drives. He believes in positively impacting local communities as measured by charitable donations, personal success stories, and long-lasting partnerships with other organizations.
