As a financing executive in both the retail and wholesale mortgage sector for over a decade (NMLS# 624452), Frank draws on his mortgage background not only to help educate clients in the buying and selling process, but also to help guide in the exploration of unique financing solutions to best fit their situation. As Frank has participated in over 1,000 real estate transactions, he has a keen insight that has given him the ability to proactively foresee and problem-solve the many nuances that may arise in a deal to ensure a smooth transaction.
Frank is a frequent lecturer at the New York Real Estate Institute, educating the future agents of New York in obtaining their Real Estate licenses and has achieved the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
A native New Yorker, Frank currently lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. When he is not hard at work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and the diverse culinary experiences that New York City offers.
