Frank McCraw's transition to real estate marked a profound shift from a successful tenure as a project manager in the corporate solar power industry. Witnessing his fiancée, Persia Swift, embracing her real estate endeavors with infectious passion and entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to a pivotal realization: the alignment of his skills - organization, attention to detail and operations management - with Persia’s skills, aptitudes and vision. So in Fall of 2023, Frank became a licensed Realtor® and joined Persia as the first member of the Persia Swift Group of COMPASS.
Persia Swift Group holds as its core value a dedication to serving the Baltimore area with integrity, professionalism, and personalized client care. At the heart of Frank's role lies a commitment to furthering Persia's goals within the Greater Baltimore real estate landscape. Besides playing an administrative role in most transactions and providing day-to-day back office support, he was often hosting Open Houses and servicing the Groups' residential Buyers and rental clients. Frank also serviced clients in the multi-family and mixed-use markets; and in situations involving Contractors and technicians, Frank’s 12-plus years of experience managing complex construction projects was a huge asset.
Going into 2025, as the Persia Swift Group grew to include four new team members, Frank transitioned more fully to a back-office support and strategic leadership role as Office Manager, codifying standards & practices and tailoring the teams' goals for continued growth and consistent excellence in providing high-integrity, professional, personalized client care.
