With over 25 years in real estate, Frank Schofield proudly upholds his
family’s legacy of “Family serving Families” as Associate Broker for the Summit Team. Frank’s guiding principle is to
build meaningful relationships—not just complete transactions—and he
firmly believes that “one person can’t do everything—it takes a Team,
and our Team is honored to serve our clients.”
Frank’s real estate journey began at NAI Fennelly in Princeton, NJ, specializing in office and industrial properties while completing 125 commercial transactions, all while pursuing his college education. At 24, he broadened his perspective during a sabbatical in Switzerland, studying Business and International Relations and fueling a passion for global travel—a perspective that informs his service to clients worldwide.
Throughout his career, Frank has worked with everyone from Fortune 100 company employees to first-time buyers and sellers, move-up families, and even multiple generations of the same families. Over the past 20 years, Frank and his team have handled more than 1,100 residential transactions, helping clients buy and sell over half a billion dollars in real estate. In the investment space, Frank’s team has leased more than 100 properties, saving clients hundreds of thousands on management fees and consistently growing equity.
In just the past five years, Frank’s team has closed 333 residential transactions—96 seller sides and 237 buyer sides—evidence of their outstanding collaborative service.
