Frank Siminski

In 1991, Frank had the remarkable opportunity to contribute to the construction of a resort on the island of Huahine in Tahiti. This experience marked a significant shift from his life in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to relocating to Maui in 1994, where he has resided ever since. With over 25 years of experience in Behavioral Health on Maui, Frank has also devoted time to volunteering on several non-profit boards, served eight years on the board of a Homeowners Association (HOA), and held a strong belief in giving back to the Maui community.

Real Estate emerged as a naturally positive avenue for Frank to assist individuals in meeting their needs, aligning seamlessly with his philosophy of Aloha. According to Dr. Manu Meyers, "Aloha is the intelligence with which we meet life." The choices we make in life are blessings, and for Frank, aiding people in making such choices on Maui is a privilege. He is eager to join a team of experienced professionals who understand how to conduct and transact real estate.

Frank believes a balanced lifestyle includes time spent in the ocean on a longboard, crafting wooden bowls on his lathe, playing one of his numerous guitars, and cherishing moments with family and friends as much as possible.
