Frankie LaBorde

Frankie has been a top producer and a leader in Baton Rouge residential real estate sales throughout her career beginning in 1973 at C. J. Brown Realtors.  Later the company transitioned to Latter & Blum and today proudly to Compass.. Frankie has received the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ARC (Accredited Relocation Counselor), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). Her outstanding achievements have placed her in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide and she was in the Top 10 sales associates at C. J. Brown for 40 + years.

In addition, she is a Gold Award member in the company and has been a member in C.J. Brown/Latter & Blum's (parent company) Top of the Latter Club. This organization consists of the top 30 sales associates out of a combined total of over 1300 Latter & Blum and C J Brown agents and also in the Top 100 Agents in Latter & Blum family of companies. Frankie has served on several real estate professional committees over the years including MLS User Committee, Social Committee, Professional Standards Committee, State Legislative Committee, and currently the Risk Management Committee of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors.

Frankie lives in the Country Club of LA and specializes in South and Southeast Baton Rouge and also Ascension Parish (county). She assists with BUYING, SELLING, and RELOCATION as well as working with EXISTING home sales and NEW CONSTRUCTION -- i.e. helps with choosing a lot, builder, working with floor plans, architects or designers and in completion of the home. She has superior knowledge of new construction. Frankie loves helping Buyers with their first home as well as Experienced Buyers with their ultimate dream home.
