Frankie Wood

Frankie Wood brings more than a decade of international experience across real estate, investment and architecture.

Born and raised in England, Frankie began his career in residential architecture and development before joining Savills, a global real estate advisor headquartered in London. He spent eight years at Savills, ultimately becoming an Associate Director specializing in commercial hotel investment and capital markets. He advised high-net-worth individuals, private capital, institutional investors, developers and hotel operators on transactions across the UK and Europe.

Architecture has been a lifelong passion and an important influence on Frankie’s approach to real estate. Through family connections as well as his own work as an architectural illustrator, he has developed a particular appreciation for the design, history and character of individual properties.

Frankie holds an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School at the University of Reading, one of the UK and Europe’s leading centres for real estate education. He became a Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the UK-based Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2017, before obtaining his California real estate license in 2024.

Outside of real estate, Frankie pursues his passion for illustration and exploring the architecture and neighborhoods of Los Angeles. He has also competed in international Ironman Triathlons and endurance events, while dedicating time to animal welfare and charitable work.

Combining his international real estate experience, technical expertise and passion for the built environment, Frankie brings a considered and highly personal approach to helping clients navigate the Los Angeles residential market.
