Franklin Painter

Frank Painter is a conscientious real estate broker representing clients throughout the forever-green state of Washington. Growing up a product of his father's background in the military, Franklin was able to see the world. He was a local to Hawaii, Samoa, Guam, Australia, California, and Illinois before settling in the Pacific Northwest. Frank’s ability to connect with people from all walks of life is apparent in his excellent communication (of which he holds a BA) and a warm and friendly approach.

A Kirkland native and UW-Seattle alumnus, Frank has established a strong connection with the Greater Seattle community, living and thriving in various neighborhoods across North Seattle and the Eastside. This unique involvement allows Frank to provide the best recommendations on coffee shops, farmers markets, festivals, and even bus routes. In regards to the area, Frank always says, “there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.”
