There were many paths that led Fred into real estate. He comes from a family of real estate investors and he purchased his first investment property at the age of 25. Following years of real estate investing Fred found the transition into real estate sales seamless. Success soon followed again when Philadelphia Magazine named him a Five Star Real Estate Agent.
When Fred isn’t working you’ll find him enjoying the city’s many restaurants along with a variety of Philadelphia’s sports, art and artistic venues. Raising and training dogs has been a lifelong passion of Fred’s who finds that “it takes a lifetime of kindness and consistency to earn a dog’s trust.” Fred brings this philosophy to his work and enjoys the process of bringing clients into his life and transitioning them into friends.
While Fred has lived in many sections of the city, most of those years were in Society Hill where he enjoyed the historic neighborhood and Washington Square park. Giving back is important to Fred… he chaired the Washington Square Affair, raising over $200,000 for the maintenance, beautification and restoration of the park.
