Frieda Riggs

Hi everyone! I’m Frieda Riggs and I’m beyond excited to join Compass!

A little about me: I was born in Chicago but grew up in Alaska, where I can attest that the Windy City might be colder than the Last Frontier! 😊 I come from a lively family of five sisters—being the middle child has taught me a thing or two about balance, peacemaking and negotiation (and how to share a closet space and a bathroom).

My educational journey started in Colorado when my parents moved here briefly as a young child. I spent my kindergarten year in the funky Idaho Springs mountain town (go Carlson Cougars!). I bookended that educational journey here in Colorado as well when I attended (and graduated) Fort Lewis College in Durango and later pursued post-secondary studies at Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

Meeting new people and exploring new places fascinates me, which is why real estate feels like a perfect fit. I am not afraid of hard work. I have been told I am a "hustler" and I wear that title like a badge of honor. I know that working hard and genuinely caring for people makes a lasting impression and gets to their hearts. I like that my clients KNOW that I will always go the extra mile ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. I’m passionate about building genuine connections with my clients and creating lasting friendships.
