Originally from Delray Beach, Florida, Gina made the move to New Jersey, where she has proudly built both her life and career. With a long-standing passion for real estate and a deep appreciation for the role a home plays in a family’s story, she returned to the industry after dedicating several meaningful years to raising her four children. That experience strengthened her understanding of the importance of finding not just a house, but the right place to call home.

Today, Gina is a licensed real estate professional and an integral member of The Moriuchi Group. She plays a hands-on role in guiding clients through every stage of the buying and selling process, ensuring each transaction moves forward seamlessly and every critical milestone is met with care and precision. Known for her strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and unwavering commitment to client service, Gina works diligently behind the scenes to keep details on track and clients informed.

Her goal is simple: to create a smooth, stress-free, and positive experience from contract to close — and to build lasting relationships along the way.

During her down time, she can be found on the sidelines of a field hockey or lacrosse game, cheering on her daughters, one as a player and the other as a coach. She also enjoys watching one son's skateboarding clips and listening to the other share his insights on the stock market, as well as spending time at the beach and making memories with her children and grandson.
