That quality of attention has roots. Growing up in Ohio, Gabrahm watched his family renovate the same mid-century ranch home three times over twelve years. He didn't just notice the construction ā he noticed the possibility. The way a home could hold a signature. The way space could be shaped by intention. That early education never left him.
Before real estate, Gabrahm cultivated that same attunement across the arts. An All-State athlete and regional entertainer in his youth, he moved to Nashville in 2005 to attend Belmont University, going on to tour-manage artists at Black River Entertainment and co-manage Ronnie's Place ā Ronnie Milsap's legendary studio. He wrote, produced, and toured under his own monikers, KiND and yabĆ©. In the music industry, he learned something that would define his brokerage: that the best collaborators don't impose a vision. They listen for it, then help bring it forward.
In 2016, Gabrahm channeled that philosophy into real estate, founding Dojo Mod ā a brokerage built on a simple but rare premise: slow down, stay sincere, and do the work with full intention. He remains the brand's lead agent and operator today.
