Gail Wisner, Esq. began her career as a real estate litigation attorney where she handled complex real estate issues. She then transitioned to a transactional role, where she represented buyers and sellers at the closing table. Shortly thereafter, she joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. where she worked in the Multi-family division for 4 years. She then continued in the Multifamily space with Holiday, Fenoglio & Fowler. When Gail is not busy with real estate, she is operating a private niche coaching practice where she helps people focus on building healthy and fulfilling relationships, first and foremost with themselves.  She enjoys living in waterfront property with lots of palm trees all around. Gail is a master at creating a luxury lifestyle for herself and is now passionate about helping others do the same.
