Gail Wisner, Esq. began her career as a real estate litigation attorney where she handled complex real estate issues. She then transitioned to a transactional role, where she represented buyers and sellers at the closing table. Shortly thereafter, she joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. where she worked in the Multi-family division for 4 years. She then continued in the Multifamily space with Holiday, Fenoglio & Fowler. When Gail is not busy with real estate, she is operating a private niche coaching practice where she helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses while staying physically fit and emotionally healthy. Having visited Florida every winter since Gail was a teenager, she has now decided to make Florida her permanent residence.
