About Evan

Approaching his 23rd year in real estate, Evan has experienced it all! He began the first few years of his real estate career as an assistant to a seasoned veteran with a wide scope of clients. Evan quickly learned a variety of real estate, from representing sellers in the high-end beach markets, to helping first-time home buyers, to brokering multi-unit investment properties.

Evan has learned that the number one key to helping his clients is being a good listener! He knows that communication is paramount. A buyer or seller wants to know what is going on with their huge Investment, so he makes sure to keep his clients constantly updated. You will be dealing with Evan, not an assistant or team member!

Evan grew up in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University (studying Business and Spanish). After graduating in 2002, he moved to San Diego to pursue his real estate career. Evan was licensed in 2003, when he was named Rookie of the Year at his coastal brokerage. In 2022, Evan joined Compass, now serving his clients with unparalleled technology and support. The San Diego Association of Realtors in Partnership with The San Diego Union Tribune has named Evan to the Real Estate Circle of Excellence - Gold Level in 2021, 2024, Silver Level - 2016-2020, 2025, and Bronze Level in 2023. In 2022/2023, Evan was included in Real Trends + Tom Ferry America's Best Real Estate Professionals recognizing the top 1.5% of more than 1.6 million realtors nationwide. In 2025, Evan was names to San Diego Real Producers Top 500 agents out of over 1500 agents.

In his free time, Evan enjoys golfing, competing in triathlons, & enjoying the San Diego outdoors. Evan is an avid supporter of the Penn State Dance Marathon supporting pediatric cancer, the Challenged Athletes Foundation supporting people with physical disabilities, & the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.
