Since forming in 2017, Julie Gans and Nick Gross have become one of the hottest teams on The Upper West Side with over $230 + Million dollars worth of sales to date.

Before joining forces, Julie and Nick recognized each possessed qualities that truly complemented the other. A classic 1+1=3 situation. And so began their partnership, offering clients deep individual experience and personal attention with the broad support of a team.

Their success can be attributed to many things but is perhaps best summarized by their one unwavering focus: service, service, service (okay, maybe that’s three).

Nick is known for his direct style and exceptional skill at putting together deals, no matter how difficult. He prides himself on his transparency and for taking the time to truly understand clients’ needs. Nick loves being out in the field and has a knack for bonding with everyone—from empty nesters to millennials, to investors, to those just moving to NYC.

Warm and compassionate, Julie is also extremely detail-oriented and has a “Rain Man memory,” which comes in handy recalling floor plans, inventory, market microdata, and tracking client preferences.

She’s also known for rolling up her sleeves at any moment for any reason. “Whatever it takes to make it easier for clients,” says Julie, “And make the whole process seamless for them. The same service I give to my family and friends, that’s the same service every client gets. It’s the only way I know.”

Julie literally has real estate in her blood, having grown up in a real estate family. She learned the business from the ground up—doing everything from painting to overseeing major construction. That early training proved to be the perfect background for the present day: managing every last detail of multi-million-dollar transactions and earning high client praise.

Rounding out the team is Nir Weinstock, a former diplomatic consul and current expert in The Upper West Side, Midtown, and the Upper East Side.
