“I just can’t say enough wonderful things about Garret. When I finally decided to sell my home in Fairbanks Ranch, I immediately contacted Garret. I had listed my house a couple of years ago but then made the decision to stay in the home I loved. Garret never tried to talk me into keeping it on the market. He simply said, ‘you’ll know when the time is right, and we can list it whenever you’re ready’. No pressure ever from Garret. Just support. When I finally decided it was just too much house for me alone (my husband had passed away 7 years ago), I again called Garret. He was just amazing. He handled every aspect of the sale.
