Garrett was with us the whole way, and took care of all the paperwork, inspections, and the normal things that seem daunting to a homebuyer and made them painless. Since we also had to sell our home to move into the new one, we listed with Garrett on that transaction and again he took great care of us through the home showings, photography, videography, listing, the offers, and the process. He was always reachable and responsive whenever we had questions, and made sure we got a great deal, recommending contractors, quick fixes, etc.
We really can't say enough about the tremendous job he did, and the patience he had with us. We have two young children and he was always working around our schedules and needs (such as not being able to be as flexible with our and appointment showing schedules) He also used his interior design background to help recommend furnishings for our new to help us settle in quickly. About Garrett
Coming from a background in architectural interior design focusing both in hospitality and high-end residential, I have worked on hotels around the world and custom luxury homes around Southern California and New York City. My experiences in interior design have shaped my ability to really listen and understand my clients’ needs and address their concerns. This paired with my genuine desire to help, allows me to truly achieve my clients’ goals, making the process of buying or selling a home, a pleasurable experience.
