Garrett brings decades of business leadership and a passion for real estate to his clients. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, he built a successful entrepreneurial career, founding a manufacturing company in the mid-1990s and growing it into a multimillion-dollar enterprise. In 2007, he sold the company to CR Laurence, where he continued to serve as President and CEO and key executive for the next decade.
In 2017, Garrett and his wife, Rachel, relocated to Colorado with their two daughters, embracing a new chapter and a shared passion for real estate. Garrett’s sharp business acumen, strategic mindset, and expert negotiation skills consistently deliver exceptional results for his clients.
