Garth and Christy brought multi full-price offers thanks to their wonderful ad saying: “Where the elk come to dine, be prepared to enter a magical wildlife sanctuary.” in a new listing ad before it even hit the market! They conveyed the true value of this property! They have it under contract and every effort was made to get the perfect wording to show the best asset of this place. Their suggestions, as well as yours, to ready the house, were all done. Windows were washed by a marvelous group Garth arranged. Rooms with color were whited out with a fresh coat of paint, as Christy and you thought would enlarge rooms. Draperies were removed to see the remarkable views. The photos were masterfully done with Garth's enormous help setting up each room and even removing screens. No stone was left unturned. Every detail is thought out! But it was the ad wording that did it, as at last the words conveyed the true meaning of what is actually here in this magical place! It makes me so happy that someone loves it here and will take up where I leave off enjoying the magic moments in the meadow and this glorious Glory view.
