Gary Lazarus

Gary Lazarus and Monte Levin are a dynamic property duo. They share a passion for real estate combined with over 25 years of real estate experience on three continents, honed negotiating skills and market intelligence. They pride themselves on clear and consistent communication with their clients, always striving to provide their clients excellent service. 

Formerly a Manhattan matrimonial lawyer and an eye doctor, their adventurous spirit led them to spend a decade in the Winelands outside of Cape Town, South Africa where they became household names in South African real estate selling properties ranging from wine farms and luxury estates, houses, condominiums, land and managing a team of agents on a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf estate.

Their considerable experience in renovating and refurbishing numerous properties gives them a keen sense of vision and of the market permitting them to better assist their buyers and optimize their sellers' goals. 

Gary and Monte have called the Berkshires home for over 10 years. They thrive on the magic that is the Berkshires - that unique blend of nature, culture, informality and a great sense of community. 

Gary serves on the board of directors of Volunteers In Medicine, Berkshires (VIM) and Monte volunteers his optometric skills to VIM.

Monte and Gary are licensed brokers in MA and licensed sales persons in agents FL. Gary is also licensed in NY.  The breadth and depth of Gary and Monte's local and international experience are unique.
