About The Gate House Team at Compass
Mission Statement:

To provide excellent service in real estate sales and rentals in the Beacon and surrounding areas.

Company History:

Started in 2001 by Charlotte Guernsey. Seeing the vision in Beacon in the late 1990's Charlotte purchased a building on Main Street, renovated it and then opened up her own office after starting at Houlihan Lawrence in 1998. Gate House Realty has been a pioneering company selling the dream of what Beacon is.
