"Gen helped me sell my parents' house in San Francisco. What I needed was someone I could work with and trust who also lived in Nashville, TN. Gen took the time to get to know us -- what our constraints were, what our desires were -- and most importantly, respected our needs and timeline. Gen was patient and supportive as I navigated my parents' cross country move. I feel she went above and beyond to help me get their San Francisco home ready to sell. She was understanding of the fact that the house had been their home for over 55 years. "Genaide is the best! We've been away from Tennessee for about 4 years and looking to move back. We were only going to be in town for a total of 5 days. In advance of our visit, Genaide was not only sending us properties that met our criteria. Because pictures rarely tell the full story, she was also going out and visiting the homes in person, without us asking her to do so! In one case she even invited a contractor friend to look at some concerns at one of the homes she previewed for us. During those 5 days we were in town, she reorganized her schedule everyday to show us homes we were interested in. "I would like to express my highest recommendation for Genaide Kiduff with Parks Realty. My husband and I have bought and sold quite a few homes and she is by far one of the best realtors we have ever had. First attribute was her availability. Oftentimes in real estate many transactions are time sensitive or you can lose out on a deal. Most of the time she answered her phone, and if not, she called back right away. She also had a complete knowledge base of the local area and market trends. Genaide was impressively organized and methodical in her presentation of showings, whether her picks or ours.
