Gene moved to New York City from the Boston area to attend Columbia University, focusing his studies on physics, structural design/architecture, and economics. Upon completing his education, Gene pursued a career in the securities industry and took a position as a discretionary trader with an innovative Wall Street firm.

For the next 10 years, he applied his acumen to capitalize on momentum swings and price imbalances, consistently delivering strong returns on investment. The grit of the financial markets teaches foresight, creative planning, and to mitigate stress with wit. He brings these qualities to the table when advising sellers how much they should ask, and guiding buyers on what they should bid.
