Now in his fifth year of real estate, Gene has been awarded the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award every year, including his rookie year, establishing himself as a consistently top-producing agent. Specializing in residential sales, Gene has grown his business to include consistently successful transactions in commercial leasing, multi-unit investment properties, and tenant screening. Through his relationships with New Jersey’s top builders, Gene has consistently brought unique new development projects to market along the Jersey Shore.

He is known in the agent community for being likable, trustworthy, and someone whom agents prefer to work with because he can get deals done in the most efficient way possible. Among his clients, he is known for having a very clear plan of action for both buyers and sellers that, when followed consistently, allows his clients the opportunity to achieve their real estate goals. Gene relies on his network of contractors, attorneys, inspectors, lenders, stagers, and more to provide a seamless and transparent process for his clients. Most importantly, Gene takes pride in always doing the right thing.

Prior to becoming a Realtor at Compass, Gene worked on Wall Street with Bank of America. Once established, he realized that he wanted to do something he was more passionate about, which was building a business. Gene decided to go back home to Monmouth County, where he got his real estate license and quickly excelled.
