A home isn't a transaction - it's where life happens. 

While working 25+ years leading functions for Fortune 20 companies, I learned a great deal about collaboration, effective processes, and hard work, along with the realization that home, our family and friends, and giving back matters.

Somewhere along the way, I became obsessed with homes; not just the deals, but the actual spaces and the lives we live in them. I've designed, built, renovated and fallen in love with more than 30 properties on both coasts and many cities and states in between. I've hired the wrong contractor (and learned from it), sent my favorite Pinterest boards to all of my friends, transformed spaces with good bones to give them new purpose and I've done all of it while working full-time, and raising a daughter, seven rescue horses, and four rescue dogs; all of which will probably come up in conversation at some point. 

My most recent project...31 raw acres in Franklin, TN, with a beautiful, active creek and the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets... now with a FEMA approved steel bridge above the creek, utilities, multiple perk sites, a gorgeous custom home and barn, pastures, greenbelt certification, and yes, I learned a lot about fauna, insects, and all types of trees. 

Nashville has been our home for the past 6 years, with roots dating back to my Mom and family being raised in Johnson City. Our lives here are so genuinely fulfilled with the communities, music scene, amazing restaurants, and incredible neighborhoods and farmland.
