Genevieve Cherrier is a full-time REALTOR® known for going the extra mile for her clients at every stage of the real estate process. She earned her real estate license in Florida and continues to deepen her knowledge of the market and all facets of the industry through ongoing education and hands-on experience.

Specializing in luxury homes, Genevieve expertly guides her clients through both the buying and selling process. She also brings extensive experience in new construction, relocation, and assisting first-time homebuyers. Her multifaceted expertise allows her to tailor her approach to each client’s specific needs.

Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Genevieve has proudly called Tampa home for 20 years. She serves clients throughout the greater Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.

Genevieve earned her degree in Special Education from the University of Quebec in Montreal and spent years teaching diverse student populations in both Canada and the United States. She was honored with multiple teaching awards and has carried those same skills—patience, communication, organization, and empathy—into her real estate career.

Fluent in both French and English, Genevieve easily connects with clients from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, particularly those relocating from out of state or abroad. She is an active member of the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®️(NAR), the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the Multiple Listing Service (STELLAR MLS).

Outside of real estate, Genevieve enjoys golfing and traveling with her husband—a former professional hockey player in the Montreal Canadiens organization—and immersing herself in a good book.
