Embarking on a complete renovation of her own home in New Canaan home, Gen was lucky to partner with her architect husband who is a principal at the family-run firm James Schettino Architects. She loves all aspects of real estate from architectural design to renovation to interior decor and uses her sharp, design-driven eye to help her clients envision their perfect home. Whether her clients are moving from out of state or in town, Gen is committed to ensuring a successful and seamless experience from start to finish.

In 2022, Gen joined Darienite Amanda Davenport and formed the dynamite partnership of Davenport + Schettino Team of Compass, quickly becoming one of the top performing teams at Compass New Canaan/ Darien. Working closely with their clients, Gen & Amanda focus on working swiftly, diligently and tirelessly to maximize the value and minimize the stress of each transaction.
