About Gennie

Gennie discovered Bellingham 25 years ago and has been joyfully experiencing the many wonderful qualities of this city and the Pacific Northwest ever since. Its high quality of life, beautiful mountains and waters, a diverse culture, thriving communities supported by commitments to green space, healthy living, and education, plus access to the urban delights of Seattle and Vancouver combine for a perfect and desirable place to live and work.

Working with buyers and sellers for personal homes and/or investment property and ensuring that these most important transactions allow clients to meet their goals is what Gennie excels at. Curiosity and an ability to imagine possibilities is what sets her apart as a realtor. Knowledge, diligence, and integrity mean that client needs always come first.

A skilled negotiator with a background in marketing and community fundraising, Gennie also holds several Realtor designations: Accredited Buyer Specialist, Accredited Staging Professional, Master Certified Negotiator, and Global Luxury Specialist. She works with both buyers and sellers, including experience in estate sales and vacant land transactions. 

A mother of three UW grads (and a UCLA Bruin herself), an avid tennis and Pickleball player, lover of travel, art and cinema, home renovations, and volunteering, Gennie enjoys a vast network of colleagues, friends and community members that share her love of this place.
