I’m Gentry — founder of the Gentry Todd Group — and my approach to real estate is equal parts warm, strategic, and refreshingly personal. My style is calm, direct, and thoughtful, with enough personality to keep the process feeling grounded and actually enjoyable (maybe even a little fun). Clients trust me because I combine market expertise with real-world practicality — the kind that comes from growing up around construction sites in PA where doing things the right way, counted. 

Today, that translates into a polished, high-touch experience backed by sharp analysis, steady communication, a little AI and a willingness to roll up my sleeves when it matters. I love working with clients who appreciate honesty, clarity, and someone who will truly advocate for their best outcome — whether we’re evaluating a luxury listing, navigating a cross-country relocation (sometimes cross globe), or making a decisive purchase in a competitive neighborhood.

When my wife and I aren't all in on homes (she's an Interior Designer - so yes it's often dinner table discussion) of work, you’ll find me with family, catching an Eagles game (Go Birds!), cooking something more ambitious than necessary, or out exploring Charleston with our big Rhodesian, Brutus. Those are the parts that remind me why ā€œhomeā€ matters so much.
