Geoff Brown

A lifelong North Shore resident, Geoff Brown brings an insider’s perspective and in-depth understanding of the local community and real estate market. Having attended elementary through high school in Evanston, he went on to earn a double major in Finance and Marketing during college. In 2005, after completing his M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Geoff obtained his real estate license—blending academic excellence with a passion for property and investment.

Throughout his career, Geoff has held a variety of roles within the real estate industry, including junior mortgage consultant, commercial real estate analyst, and property manager. For the past 20 years, he has built a thriving practice as a residential real estate broker, earning a reputation for neighborhood expertise, hands-on renovation knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. He is regularly recognized among the top-performing brokers on the North Shore.
