A lot has changed since 1973, when I first entered the business. I have seen real estate market cycles come and go, and I have seen huge changes occur in banking and finance, along with a constantly changing economy. Marin has enjoyed a tremendous increase in property values, benefitting many of my clients. It’s clear to me that it is crucially important that properties be marketed with care and finesse, with maximum exposure to buyers and close attention to detail in the negotiation of contracts.
