Georgia Chasen

Georgia Paulding Chasen is passionate about getting things right. "I used to sell businesses, and now I sell houses. I enjoy working hard to create the best possible outcome for our clients." 

Georgia joined the Chasen Homes Team of Compass following a successful career with a children’s education franchise company. She worked her way up from entry level to Vice President of Franchise Development, leading sales throughout the United States and across the globe. She managed a team of salespeople, driving marketing strategy to exceed company revenue goals and reporting to key stakeholders, all while building a community of like-minded entrepreneurs. 

"I care about all things house and home. I love helping our clients prepare their properties for sale to garner the best financial outcome, while also supporting the emotional side of selling. On the buying side, I like to get deep on what type of life our clients want to build in their new home. Adam is a wizard at numbers, and I balance out us out with a holistic approach to the space the buyers are considering."

Growing up in Columbia, Maryland, Georgia has lived and worked throughout the Maryland region for over thirty years, with broad knowledge of Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and Montgomery County. Georgia’s sharp eye for style and decorating, along with her master negotiating skills are an asset to the Chasen Homes team. "I love what I do. I help people find their home, and navigate successfully through the process of selling and buying property. Adam and I treat every client like family, because that's what they are to us."

Studying set design as a theatre major, managing corporate photoshoots, and creating social media food posts for companies, has prepared Georgia to specialize in real estate staging. As a listing preparation expert, Georgia adds value to your home sale to get you the best possible outcome. 

Georgia loves to host, create beauty out of ordinary circumstances, and to make people happy. Cooking is her love language, and she enjoys all types of cuisines, decorating and household projects, both indoor and outdoor. You can watch Georgia on the first season of the Netflix television show, “American Barbecue Showdown” where she competes against other BBQ lovers for 4 episodes. She loves writing and is working on her first novel. She most enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam; son Tate; and hiking with their dog Pat. In her spare time, Georgia's idea of a good time is taking on too many projects at her own house.
