Born and raised in Southern California, Gerardo comes from a family of entrepreneurs and built his career across finance, telecommunications, and consumer services before finding his true lane in real estate. After buying a home with his partner and two children, he planted roots in the Pacific Northwest—and turned his experience, skills, and people-first mindset into a profession.
