Born and raised in Southern California, Gerardo comes from a family of entrepreneurs. He built his career across finance, telecommunications, and consumer services before finding his true lane in real estate. After buying a home with his partner and two children, he put down roots in the Pacific Northwest and turned his experience, skills, and people-first mindset into a profession.
