About Germaine
Germaine received her Real Estate license in 1973. From the beginning her career has been full time. She received her GRI, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, designation and her Brokers license in 1978. That was the same year she accepted a position as sales manager for a local real estate firm.
In 1981, she decided to focus on listing and selling and returned to what she loved most, working with home buyers and investors. She has received recognition for her accomplishments throughout the years, the most gratifying being the top annual awards of Top Residential Agent, Top Commercial Agent and Top Overall Agent. Germaine is a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, she is married to her husband of over 50 years, Don, and has two grown daughters and 3 grandsons.
