About Gervon
When Gervon's clients work with him, they have the confidence that he will do what it takes to win! Gervon played 4 years of Division 1 football, he graduated from West Point, he was a commissioned officer in the United States Army, and he leans on that experience when representing his clients to lead them to victory with regards to real estate. During his time at West Point, and in the Army, Gervon has had to interact and work with people from all walks of life, so he understands how to connect with others regardless of their background. Teamwork, collaboration, and helping others accomplish their goals is of the utmost importance to Gervon and his team. He has helped clients purchase and sell real estate while his clients have been in remote locations across the U.S. and sometimes even while they are in foreign countries due to military obligations! Each time, Gervon and his team know how to get the job done and clients trust and appreciate all of their efforts. Gervon also invests in real estate himself! He has fix and flipped homes, purchased a commercial real estate investment, and he has a growing rental portfolio. Gervon has experience with both commercial and residential sales. Before his time in real estate, Gervon was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, where he began his career as a logistics officer. Gervon lives in Tacoma with his wife, daughter, and 2 dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family and pets outside at parks, exploring the PNW on hikes, and trying new foods and cultures that are present in the local area! He's also an avid golfer and he enjoys watching and playing sports in his spare time.
