Not only was Gigi great on helping us feel out places, but she provided us input that was clearly in our best interest (even more so than her interest in making a deal). She saved us a ton (and would have saved even more), gave great input on inspectors, and she even helped us avoid tremendous issues with the first house we almost purchased. Gigi recommended we have a good, reputable septic inspector come out to an otherwise good-looking house, and that saved us from buying a place that needed tens of thousands of dollars in repairs (which, incidentally, still isn't back on the market/is being repaired). Gigi did all that even though she would have gotten a quicker commission had that deal moved ahead.
