Growing up in the East Bay Area, Gigi knows the area like a native. She takes pride in sharing her intimate knowledge of the Bay Area and its unique real estate climate, as well as her ability to understand the desires of her clients and bring them to life, even in the most complex of transactions. Gigi got her Real Estate License in 1998 and started out in property management, then went to being a mortgage originator for one of the very first online mortgage companies and rode the wave of the pre-IPO. Gigi then decided to go into Residential and Commercial sales and since then she has closed over $300 Million in sales as an individual agent. Currently, Gigi is working on expanding her team and helping more people. With this kind of experience under her belt, she can navigate you through everything real estate-related. Her vast knowledge of loans, property management, commercial sale, flips, and her connections are not of your average real estate agent. In other words, when working with Gigi, you are equipped with over 20+ years of real estate experience that will help you problem solve all aspects of this very complex business.
While not working, Gigi enjoys cycling, yoga, kickboxing, hiking, traveling, reading, and is the ultimate foodie. She lives in south Livermore with her husband, two boys, and her Goldendoodle. She is very involved in the community, serving as an ambassador at Livermore Chamber of Commerce, and is heavily involved in her kids’ school. She also sponsors sports teams and local children’s charities. Gigi loves wine + food pairings, rap music, electronic dance music, and traveling to new destinations.
