Gilbert graduated with honors from Northwestern University where he studied Marketing Communications and Business. After graduating, he worked in the non-profit sector at an organization that had a big impact on his life growing up; while there, he helped develop a new program that will have an everlasting impact on youth in the surrounding areas. Later, he joined the high ranking Ben Lalez Team at Compass and will soon rank among the top residential real estate brokers in Chicago.
