Compass and The Abella Group are pleased to welcome Gillian Osborne-Stocker, a newly licensed Florida real estate professional bringing more than 20 years of experience in client relationship management, strategic partnerships, and high-touch service to the South Miami market.
Before transitioning into real estate, Gillian built a successful corporate career managing complex client relationships and service programs for major global brands. She later gained direct real estate experience in Dubai with The Urban Nest, where she worked with clients navigating property and relocation decisions.
Originally from the New York area, Gillian relocated with her husband and two teenage daughters to Dubai after her husband was recruited to support luxury real estate development initiatives connected to NEOM’s MAGNA region along Saudi Arabia’s Gulf of Aqaba. After two and a half years in Dubai, the family returned to South Florida, where her husband continued his career in luxury hospitality and real estate development.
Now living in Pinecrest, Gillian has quickly embraced the South Miami community and brings a valuable perspective as both a local resident and someone who has personally navigated major domestic and international relocations.
At Compass, Gillian will focus on serving buyers, sellers, and families throughout Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables, and surrounding communities. She brings a relationship-first approach grounded in responsiveness, discretion, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s goals.
Gillian holds an MBA from Adelphi University, a BA from the University of Michigan, and a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
