Gina Dueñas

Gina Dueñas is an Austin REALTOR® with Compass and co-founder of Dueñas Realty Group and Lyric Commercial Group. She is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones, finding a place to call home, and is known for her consultative style, clear communication, and unwavering dedication.

With more than a decade of experience in technology sales at Dell, Gina brings a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills to her real estate career. Clients describe her as responsive, transparent, and supportive, often highlighting her ability to simplify the process and provide steady guidance, even in complex or multiple-offer situations.

Gina’s leadership extends to the industry as well. She has been appointed to the Texas REALTORS® Professional Development Committee and the Diversity & Fair Housing Committee for 2026, where she will contribute to raising professional standards and advancing equity in real estate.

Beyond her client work, Gina co-founded For The Pups, a community initiative inspired by her and her husband’s three pups, Deacon, Chloe, and Sebastián, and runs Dolce Terra, her creative small business that donates a portion of every sale to local dog causes.

Outside of real estate, Gina enjoys discovering Austin’s local food scene, supporting small businesses, and exploring new places with Jorge and their pups. She has built a life rooted in family, creativity, and connection to the city she proudly calls home.
