Gina Gee

Gina is a co-founder and part of The Luxury Collective. She has been steeped in New York City's complex real estate landscape for over 25 years with experience in property development, residential and commercial real estate.

After a successful career in the fashion industry and as an interior stylist for editorial print and television at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, residential interiors were a natural extension of her longstanding interest in design. Through purchasing a former commercial building in Tribeca, overseeing the design and construction, and the subsequent condominium conversion, Gina found her passion for real estate and interior design. Investing in and developing her own properties has given Gina a keen understanding of the homeowner's perspective of the issues involved in purchasing and renovating residential properties. Her experience in the fashion industry cultivated her ability to understand and anticipate a client's needs and to deliver the highest quality of service to her customers. Gina also garnered a strong design perspective, which is invaluable when looking at the potential of a property. Leading with high-touch and concierge-style service, Gina's client-centric approach is central to her commitment to excellence when working with her clients. She finds procuring, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with her clients immensely rewarding.

As a first-generation Chinese-American born to immigrant parents, Gina was instilled with a strong work ethic and the belief that one should face challenges head-on with grace, dignity, and integrity.

A true New Yorker, Gina has lived in Manhattan for nearly 40 years and knows how to match a neighborhood with a client, whether they are looking for lush green spaces, bustling cultural hotspots, or a friendly street where neighbors take pride in knowing one another.
