Gina Giles’ rise in real estate has come from a blend of drive, talent, hard work, and proven, well-rounded experience. She began her career at JLL, one of New York City’s largest commercial real estate firms, as Executive Assistant to the President and Chairman, and has since been a member of top-producing brokerage teams in the residential market for many years. Her background across both commercial and residential real estate has made her not only highly knowledgeable of all facets of the business, but also very adaptable, analytical, and relationship-driven. This unique skill set allows her to bring a strategic, client-focused approach to every transaction.

A resident of the Financial District of Manhattan, Gina loves where she lives and is passionate about serving clients in all NYC neighborhoods. She was born and raised in the small town of Palenville, NY, and graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentrated in Finance.

Beyond real estate, Gina is a true enthusiast of New York’s culture, especially its food scene. She enjoys exploring the city’s restaurants, rooftops, and hidden gems, and brings that same curiosity and excitement to helping clients find homes that match their lifestyle. Other favorite pastimes include cooking, traveling, exercise, and spending quality time with her French bulldog, Pablo, who always keeps her smiling.
