With over 20 years of experience in Hawai‘i’s residential real estate market, I bring a deep understanding of the island’s most sought-after neighborhoods, cultural nuances, and the lifestyle that defines island living. My path into real estate was a natural evolution—shaped by years of personally buying, renovating, and selling homes, as well as guiding others through the process.

I specialize in shoreline properties and second homes, working closely with top land planners and coastal engineers to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence. As a certified home stager with a background in fine arts, I offer a distinctive creative perspective, often incorporating original artwork to elevate a property’s presentation and market appeal.

As a member of The Bailey Group Hawai‘i, I am committed to delivering a seamless, discreet, and highly personalized experience. I work with a diverse clientele, including investors and multigenerational families, and leverage Compass’s global network to connect clients with trusted agents across the U.S. and internationally.

Originally from the East Coast, my husband and I made O‘ahu home in 1988, drawn by our love of coastal living and Hawai‘i’s rich cultural landscape.  We continue to split time between the islands and the mainland, maintaining strong ties to both.

Grounded in creativity, I hold a degree in Fine Arts with additional studies in design, photography, and business. Today, I continue to paint, accepting select commissions and contributing work to charitable causes.

When I am not working with clients or exploring interesting properties, you will find me in my art studio, enjoying ocean sports, tending to my flower gardens and fruit trees, wine tasting, traveling or enjoying time with family and friends.
