Gina Nyland

Gina and her husband Jeffrey make up the award winning Nyland Team. They have been helping central Texans buy and sell real estate since 2004. Growing up in Cypress, Texas, she moved to Austin in 1999 as a manager of a major corporate housing company. She has watch 183 grow from a 4 lane highway with endless stop lights to the mega toll road that it is today. In 2000, Gina and Jeffrey moved to the north shore of Lake Travis, where it remains their home and the place where she loves to boat, collect recipes and be with friends and family at their neighborhood waterfront park.

Gina created the Nyland Team with her husband Jeffrey in 2006 and has successfully helped hundreds of families buy and sell real estate in the Austin area. Putting her client's needs above all else is her number one rule. Gina’s endless hours of research, training and preparation, ensure that her clients are fully informed at all times and are confident in their choice to hire her to advise them and advocate for them in one of the most important decisions of their lives.
